Controller

The data controller is Andrii Shramko, a private individual (initiator of the Drony Bydgoszcz community). Contact: zmei116@gmail.com. The website is not run by a company or an association.

Contact form

I process your name, email and, optionally, phone number, institution name and message in order to reply and discuss possible cooperation — on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (RODO)). I keep them for no longer than 12 months from our last contact.

“First meet-up” survey

Survey answers are anonymous (no name or email) and are used to choose a date and place. If you voluntarily provide your email, I process it on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (RODO) and Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law) until you withdraw it.

Bug reports and ideas

The content of the report, optional contact details and — only if you tick the consent box — technical data (site version, browser, screen size, page address without parameters, recent script errors). I keep them for up to 12 months.

Notifications

When a new report arrives, I get a notification in the Telegram messenger — without your data: only the report number and type and a secured link to the server. The content of the report stays on the server in the EU.

Statistics and cookies

Without your consent we store nothing in your browser apart from your language choice and your consent choice. Traffic is counted on the server from logs without IP addresses. Google Analytics 4 is turned on only after you click “Accept” (Consent Mode, basic mode); you can withdraw consent under “Cookie settings” in the footer.

YouTube videos

Videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com only after you click “Play video”. Before that, the site does not connect to Google.

Recipients

Server provider Hetzner Online GmbH (EU), email provider; with your consent — Google (Analytics).

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to zmei116@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

After the association is founded

I will not hand over your data quietly: before any transfer to the association, I will inform you and ask again for your consent to receive messages.
